As a toolmaker (m/f/d), you will transform simple standard parts into complex stamping and forming tools as well as injection molds that are needed to manufacture high-quality products made of metal and plastic.

You will see the tools you have built in action in our production department. You will work on various machines and be in close contact with the production, quality control and development teams. Together you will find solutions for the most demanding customer requirements.

Contents of the training

Manufacture of high-precision tool components; Assembly and tuning of single- and multi-stage stamping and metal forming tools (stamping, stamping-bending, follow-on composite and transfer tools) up to a size of 3,500 mm for the production of complex stamped and drawn parts made of different metal materials and plastic injection moulds up to a weight of approx. 8.0 t.
