Werner Schmid has been dedicated to train and educate the younger generation since we were founded in 1946. Besides our dual apprenticeships we also offer internships to pupils and student as well as lateral entrants in order to learn about the opportunities in a new professional environment.
For pupils we are in cooperation with the project “Praktikumswoche” (Praktikumswoche – smarte Berufsorientierung in den Ferien) but also offer the commonly known school internships. We also offer vacation jobs during German holidays.
Additionally we are part of the „Hessen Technikum“ – an educational initiative dedicated to facilitate women starting MINT careers. There is more information available in the description below and on the website of Hessen Technikum.
