Werner Schmid at Blechexpo 2019

This coming November, the Blechexpo trade show will mark its 14th edition. It has long been established as a leading industry trade show for sheet metal processing, as evidenced by its steady growth.

Given that the last Blechexpo in 2017 already set records for exhibitors and visitors, this year’s event is expected to see a further increase. A total of 1,500 exhibitors are expected at Blechexpo and its sister trade show, Schweisstec—and, of course, Werner Schmid GmbH will once again be among them.

We would like to use the trade show to engage with both existing and potential new partners and to present our expertise in stamping and forming technology, as well as in toolmaking, to a broad audience of industry professionals. Our portfolio ranges from sales tools – which can be prototyped on our own presses or, if needed, directly at the customer’s site with the help of our staff – to the series production of highly complex formed parts using tools manufactured in-house. High-quality metal-plastic hybrid assemblies from our own plastics manufacturing facility round out our product portfolio. Providing expert advice to our customers as early as the development phase is a matter of course for us.
