Consistent wall thickness, tight tolerances and reliable repeatability make our deep-drawn parts ideal for housings, covers and functional components in automotive, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.

Your idea. Our injection moulding expertise. From prototype production to fully automated series manufacturing, we process a wide range of engineering plastics, including reinforced polyamides (PA), polyacetals (POM) and PC/ABS blends. Our injection moulding technology offers maximum design freedom with consistent, reproducible quality – ideal for housings, technical components and sophisticated functional parts that require reliable performance from day one.

Two materials. One component. Zero assembly. With 2K injection moulding, we combine rigid-soft material combinations, colours or functional materials in a single production step. The result: components with excellent haptics, integrated sealing functions and ergonomic design – without additional assembly. Ideal for handles, operating elements, seals and technical components that require multiple integrated functions.

The best of both worlds. Hybrid components combine the strength of metal with the versatility of plastics – lightweight, robust and cost-efficient. Using overmoulding or insert moulding, we manufacture functionally integrated components for industries such as automotive, electrical engineering and medical technology. From overmoulded inserts and electrical contacts with plastic housings to components with integrated sealing zones – we develop design-optimised hybrid solutions ready for series production.
